Robert Jan is as Managing Director responsible for the further growth of Result Mediation. Robert Jan has a broad background in business after graduating in business economics, including 10 years of sales and management experience at Xerox and 10 years of living and working experience in Silicon Valley.
Besides his commercial skills, he is characterized by his curiosity, financial knowledge and power to get things done. His dream with Result Mediation is that conflicts are seen as a “more normal” part of business life and that mediation is used earlier and more often to find a sustainable solution.
