For participating parties, a labor dispute often seems in principle unsolvable. However, experience has shown that parties under my guidance regain confidence and space to express themselves. We can again treat each other in a respectful manner. This often creates more insight into each other’s behavior and makes people listen better. In this way, participants often get back on the same page and can find an acceptable solution together.
My style is characterized as solution-oriented and active. People always come first for me. Then the stories come out. Once in conversation, I quickly filter from the stories where opportunities, possibilities and solutions lie. And respond to the feelings and needs that exist. In everything I am looking for someone’s intrinsic motivation and looking for the connection. I can hold up a critical mirror, but always with a smile.
